Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to lead our residential care home in Burnley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a 4-bedded home for children and young people aged 11-18 with EBD and challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • OFSTED Registered Manager
  • Manage and develop a full-settled staff team
  • Work alongside HR to recruit and manage staff
  • Collaborate with RI to ensure compliance with OFSTED and create positive outcomes for children and young people
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the home

Benefits:

  • Package up to £59,500
  • Up to £45,000 + £14,500 in bonuses
  • £7,500 welcome bonus
  • Up to £5,000 OFSTED rating bonus
  • £1,000 qualification bonus
  • £1,000 occupancy bonus
