Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Inpatient Clinical Lead to join our team at HMP Winchester, a Category B prison located in Central Winchester. As a registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a key role in developing pathways that prevent patients from attending outside hospitals.
About the JobThis is a full-time position offering a salary up to £49,700 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work closely with external stakeholders to develop medical plans of care and line manage a team of healthcare practitioners.
