We are currently seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes in Winchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual who wants to make a real difference in the lives of others.
Job Description
As a Bank Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Your compassionate approach, combined with your experience in caring for older people, will enable you to build strong relationships with our residents and provide them with the care they deserve.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
