Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce/civil partnership, private law children's cases, co-habitation agreements and disputes, separation agreements, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, non-molestation and occupation orders, and matrimonial/civil partnership finance.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients and guide them through the legal process, ensuring they understand their rights and options.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in court when necessary.

  • Stay current with changes in family law legislation and precedents.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor Status with a minimum of 5 years PQE in family law.

  • Proficiency in legal research, drafting legal documents, and courtroom advocacy.
  • Ability to travel and work between offices.
