Solicitor / Legal Executive - Private Client Department

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our Private Client department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in private client law, including experience in wills, probate, LPAs, Court of Protection, and tax and trust matters.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, and LPAs
- Provide expert advice on tax and trust matters
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with changes in private client law and best practices
- Minimum 3 years PQE in private client law
- Experience in wills, probate, LPAs, Court of Protection, and tax and trust matters
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under own initiative and manage files to agreed deadlines
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor
- STEP qualification desirable
- IT skills including Word, Outlook, and Excel
