Solicitor / Legal Executive - Private Client Department

We are seeking a skilled Solicitor to join our Private Client department, where you will have the opportunity to build and run your own caseload. As a Solicitor in this role, you will be working with a busy team of experienced staff, handling complex private client matters and high net worth individuals. Ideally, you will have a minimum of three years PQE, but we are open to considering candidates with less PQE who can demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with these types of matters.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing files and working to agreed deadlines
- Providing confident, friendly, and professional service to clients
- Working under your own initiative to deliver high-quality results
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience within a Private Client department, including experience in Wills, Probate, LPAs, Court of Protection, and Tax and Trust matters
- Strong IT skills, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to manage files and work to agreed deadlines
- Confident, friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- STEP qualification (desirable)
