Role Overview:
Preston School seeks a dedicated Educational Support Specialist to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in facilitating learning and progress of students with Special Educational Needs (SENDS). Your primary responsibilities will include supporting subject staff in differentiation and meeting the needs of students with SEND both within and outside the classroom.

Job Responsibilities:
Key aspects of this role include:
  • Facilitating learning and progress of students with SEND
  • Supporting subject staff in differentiation and meeting the needs of students with SEND
  • Delivering programs of study to small groups or individuals to support learning and SEND needs
  • Maintaining flexible approach to supporting students

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with SEND. You will also require strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A relevant qualification or experience in a related field would be advantageous.
