Senior Creative Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Account Manager to join our team at Creative Triangle Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing strong account growth and development, while delivering exceptional client service and results.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple client accounts, developing and executing creative strategies to drive business growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with our design team to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns, from concept to distribution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Provide exceptional client service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- 5+ years of experience in a creative design agency, with a proven track record of managing strong account growth and development.
- Broad knowledge of design processes, print practices, and digital platforms.
- Excellent organisational skills, including strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, across all channels.
