Senior 3D Concept Designer

Established for over 30 years, our client offers in-store fixtures and promotions direct to the end users as well as trade.

We are now looking for a highly creative and passionate Senior 3D Concept Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take briefs directly from clients and Account Managers
  • Lead a project by thoroughly evaluating a brief; establishing a clear understanding of the budget, timescales and other constraints involved
  • Provide guidance to the more junior team members
  • Ability to evaluate & rationalise designs to arrive at meaningful, relevant solutions through a process of creative exploration
  • Conduct research & gather insights that consider psychology and customer behaviours and translate your findings into design outputs
  • Take direction and understand the point of view of others, whilst also able to explain your own ideas effectively
  • Communicate ideas through freehand sketching, CAD modelling and visualisation
  • Experience of taking a concept through to the prototyping and development process with the manufacturing team; a hands-on/hands-ready approach is vital
  • Ability to identify new trends and innovation, from a broad range of stimulus and resources
