Job Title:
Administrative HR Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and administrative professional to join our Human Resources team as an Administrative HR Professional. In this role, you will provide critical support to the HR department, including scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, coordinating staff training, and preparing HR documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including responding to queries, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  2. Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and ensuring compliance with company regulations.
  3. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  4. Coordinate staff training and development initiatives, working closely with managers and employees to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Assist with the preparation of HR documents and reports, including performance reviews, employee handbooks, and workplace policies.
  6. Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with all legal and company regulations, staying up-to-date on changing laws and requirements.
  7. Assist in the organization of staff events and initiatives, promoting a positive work environment and fostering communication among team members.

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid administrative skills and experience within a similar role, preferably in a construction or industry setting.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
  • A high degree of confidentiality and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as HR software and systems.

Salary:$50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
