Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a talented Human Resources Coordinator to join our Austin Fraser team. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and preparing HR documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate flow, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with company goals, collaborating with the HR team.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics and trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve business outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, staying up-to-date on changes and developments in employment law.
- Support the HR team in delivering exceptional customer service to employees, managers, and external partners.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyse data, and make informed recommendations.
- A high degree of confidentiality and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as HR software and systems.
Estimated Salary:$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
