About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at our luxury nursing home in Banbury, Oxfordshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

* Provide person-centred care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
* Develop and implement individualised care plans, working closely with our residents, families, and healthcare professionals
* Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care
* Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, including medication management, wound care, and palliative care
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of our care home's policies and procedures

Requirements:

* Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) qualification
* Valid NMC PIN
* Experience working in a care home or similar setting
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
