We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Assistant to join our Adult Services team at NEAS. As a Care Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism and/or neurodivergent conditions to live safely and independently in our residential homes and community settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with autism and/or neurodivergent conditions to access a range of activities and services
  • Work independently and as part of a team to provide person-centered care and support
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
