We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Building Surveyor to fill a senior role in our Manchester office. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a key part in establishing a new office and growing a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead residential focused projects, providing key services including building surveys, party wall assessments, and building pathology.
  • To develop business relationships with existing and new clients.
  • To work closely with the team to establish a strong presence in the market.
Requirements:
  • MRICS / AssocRICS qualification preferred but not essential.
  • An enthusiastic and client-facing individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience delivering projects independently and successfully.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £58,000 - £68,000 per annum.
