Commercial Operations Lead

Company Overview:
We are working with a 100-year-old regional building contractor that has consistently grown over the last few years. They are capable of taking on construction projects valued up to £40 million for a varied client base exclusively based in the North West of England.
This company secures work through several key regional procurement frameworks and good relationships with private sector clients.
The Role:
A new role has become available, reporting into a highly experienced Commercial Director and MD. This position is responsible for leading a small and effective Quantity Surveying team.
This is a Director Designate position, working alongside the Operations Manager to help lead the business in the future.
You will be valued as a key member of the team, with a growing building contractor providing good support and training to help you succeed in your career.
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for a Commercial Manager with experience working for a regional building contractor in a similar role. Senior QSs or Managing QSs who are ready to take the step up into a Commercial Management role are also encouraged to apply.
