  • Ensure adequate resources, training, and evaluation methods are in place for teams to deliver work safely and compliantly.
  • Identify and mitigate environmental and safety risks, as well as implement controls to reduce them.
  • Develop and implement efficiency and quality improvement plans.
  • Contribute to the implementation of Behavioural Safety and Culture Change Programme.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HSQE Manager or equivalent in the rail, construction, highways, or utilities sectors.
  • NEBOSH certificate.
  • PTS.
  • Driving licence.
