Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, social support, and medication management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for service users

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, or complex needs
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, social work)
  • Enhanced Adult and Child DBS clearance
