Senior Project Manager - Real Estate Services

Capstone Property Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead real estate projects from inception to practical completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and a proven track record of managing complex projects within the real estate domain.


Key Responsibilities:

  2. Lead end-to-end project management of real estate projects, overseeing ground-up execution to practical completion.
  3. Manage residential new build projects, ensuring seamless execution within defined timelines and budgets.
  4. Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, aligning project objectives and expectations.
  5. Drive project delivery while maintaining superior quality standards, overseeing project teams for efficient coordination and performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in managing complex real estate projects with comprehensive lifecycle management within the construction domain.
  • Demonstrated experience steering projects from inception to practical completion, showcasing expertise in project lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of public sector project requirements and regulations, particularly within the London landscape.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, adept at cultivating collaborative relationships.
  • Preferred qualifications in project management or construction-related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within a consultancy setting.
