Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our adult services team in Muscliffe and Kinson. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with autism and complex care needs to live independently and thrive in their community.
Key Responsibilities- Support residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Engage residents in activities they enjoy, such as walking, music, puzzles, and spending time in the garden.
- Assist residents with accessing the community, including shopping and social activities.
- Maintain accurate records of care plans, finances, appointments, and medication.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a relaxed, empathetic, and encouraging environment for residents.
- A rewarding and varied role with opportunities for career development.

- A 12-week induction programme consisting of in-house training, e-learning, shadowing, coaching, and mentoring.
- The opportunity to complete an accredited qualification once you've passed your probation period.
