Care Home Supervisor Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the role of Care Home Supervisor at our residential care home in Belfast. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and services to our residents, while also supporting the home manager in the day-to-day operation of the home.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in care leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. They will also be committed to delivering exceptional care and promoting the well-being of our residents.

We offer a competitive salary of £13.03-£13.13 per hour, plus a range of benefits including enhanced annual leave, free uniform and training, and access to ongoing professional development opportunities.
