Sales Performance Enhancement Role

Lidl is seeking a skilled Sales Performance Enhancement Role to join our team. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a leader in retail operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improvement. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize store operations.
• Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
• Manage day-to-day store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
You will need strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings. A competitive hourly rate of £14.35 - £14.85 per hour, 30-35 days holiday (pro rata) per year, 10% in-store discount, and enhanced family leave are offered.
