About the Role:

As a Web Performance Executive at Agility Eco, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our websites to ensure they are functional, user-friendly, and aligned with our strategic goals.

You will work closely with the marketing and technical teams to implement SEO strategies, improve user experience, and optimize website updates for engagement and conversions.

This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with Umbraco CMS. You will oversee day-to-day website maintenance, update content, and ensure the site remains functional and aligned with marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Umbraco CMS Management: Oversee day-to-day website maintenance, including building new pages, updating content, and ensuring the site remains functional and aligned with marketing strategies.
  2. Implement on-page SEO techniques (meta tags, keywords, alt text) and ensure the site adheres to technical SEO guidelines to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.
  3. Continuously improve the user experience (UX) by streamlining navigation, improving user journeys, and ensuring the site meets the needs of both B2B and B2C audiences.
  4. Write and edit website copy, including engaging Call To Actions (CTAs), product descriptions, and blogs, ensuring consistency with the brand's tone and voice.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a performance marketing role
  • Extensive experience with Umbraco CMS
  • Previous experience with HTML/CSS
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms to monitor performance and drive improvements.
  • Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO
  • UX/UI knowledge
  • Proven experience writing clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized copy, with the ability to tailor content for different target audiences.
