Job Description

  • We are looking for a skilled leader to lead and supervise shifts, case manage residents and liaise with families and healthcare professionals to ensure best care plans are created and delivered.
  • Key responsibilities include leading and supervising shift teams, carrying out risk assessments, administering and recording medication, working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs and working closely with the leadership team to develop services.
  • A fun, inclusive, and professional approach is essential in this role.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as Wagestream, Bank Holiday Pay Enhancements, Career development opportunities, hundreds of online discounts and an annual purchase holiday scheme.

About You

  • To be successful in this role, you will need NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience, be well-organised, IT literate and adept at allocating and delegating work.
  • You should have proven ability to lead and supervise others, good understanding of care planning processes and experienced in administering medication or happy to undertake training.
  • A natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling is essential.
