We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting students in Year 6, helping them to achieve their academic goals and develop essential life skills.

As an experienced HLTA, you will be responsible for providing teaching support and assistance to teachers, helping to create engaging and inclusive lessons for students.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Supporting students with special educational needs
  • Assisting with classroom management and organization
  • Contributing to the development of whole-school policies and initiatives

To be considered for this role, you will need to have relevant experience as an HLTA, ideally in a Primary School setting. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
