We are currently seeking an experienced HLTA to join our team at a secondary school in Daventry. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with teachers and students to deliver high-quality education and support.

**The Role:**

The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching and learning, with experience in a secondary setting. They will be able to lead small groups of children in extra tuition and take charge of a class in the absence of the main teacher. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and students.

**What We Offer:**

  • An excellent daily rate, paid via PAYE, ranging from £100-£110 per day, dependent on scale rate, experience and qualifications
