About the Job:

Teach Now is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HLTA to join our team in a full-time, long-term position.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons, as well as monitoring and assessing student progress.

As an HLTA, you will work in a Key Stage 1 and 2 setting, supporting small class sizes of up to 25 students, providing tailored assistance to ensure every child thrives academically and socially.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent
  • Relevant experience working in a primary school setting, preferably in Key Stage 1 and 2
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
