Job Title: Complaints Handler

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Complaints Handler to join our team at SS&C Technologies. As a Complaints Handler, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints through analysis of facts and related documentation
  • Partner with internal and external partners to source information and resolve complaints
  • Produce written communications that are accurate, concise, and informative
  • Demonstrate knowledge of FCA complaints rules (DISP) and internal and industry requirements for handling and reporting complaints
  • Actively engage in improving client experiences through quality feedback
  • Respond promptly to requests for information and manage individual case load within agreed service levels

Requirements:

  • Customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills
  • Proven problem solver and decision maker with experience in financial services and/or complaints handling
  • Pro-active approach and friendly, empathetic phone manner
  • Excellent eye for detail and ability to work under pressure within tight timescales
  • Organized to effectively manage different cases with competing priorities
