**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and nurturing environment
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of each child
* Maintain accurate records and reports

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 1 year experience working with children and young people, ideally in a residential setting
* SVQ 3 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) and HNC in Social Services or equivalent
* Ability to work towards qualifications if not already held
