About the Position:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our fast-paced store team as a Sales Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring excellent stock operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer fast and friendly service to our customers, helping them to find the perfect products.
- Share your passion and knowledge about our amazing products with customers.
- Work in all areas of the store, including sales floors, stockrooms, and processing deliveries.
- Take control of your own development and contribute to the success of the team.
About You:
- You should be a great communicator, always looking for ways to help.
- You should be friendly, calm, and efficient – even on your busiest days.
- You should be excited about the challenge of a varied and fast-paced job.
- You should be flexible, supportive, and always ready to go the extra mile.
In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.
This role is not typically considered for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met.
As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications and contact those that match the job criteria closest to arrange an initial interview.
