Salary: £26,315 - £32,000 per annum, based on your qualifications and experience.
Job Description: As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning, creating, implementing, and reflecting on engaging activities tailored to each child's needs, promoting their development towards key milestones. You will also develop and maintain strong parent-carer partnerships and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety, as well as safeguarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging activities that meet the unique needs of each child.
- Maintain strong relationships with parents and carers through regular communication and updates.
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for all children, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, happy, and inclusive atmosphere in the nursery.
Requirements: We are looking for a qualified Early Years Practitioner with a full and relevant Level 3 or above qualification, previous experience working with children, and a passion for making learning fun and engaging. Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements are essential.
