About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Children's Support Worker to join our team in Hampshire, working with children and young people in a shift-based role. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the children in our care, helping them to develop and achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with children, providing a supportive and child-centered approach.
  • Serve as a positive role model, supporting children in achieving personal goals and developmental milestones.
  • Work directly with children in a flexible shift pattern, including weekends and sleep-in duties.
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment that promotes each child's well-being and development.
