About the Role

Aspris Children's Services is recruiting for a Residential Deputy Manager to join our team. This is a fixed-term contract role for 9 months, providing an opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care and support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of the staff team to ensure effective implementation of care plans and policies.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the needs of children and young people.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in a residential childcare setting, preferably in a deputy manager or similar role.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • A Full UK driving licence.
