About the Role

Menzies LLP is seeking a highly skilled VAT Advisory Services Manager to join our thriving Tax team based in Heathrow. As a VAT Advisory Services Manager, you will be responsible for delivering VAT advisory services across a diverse mix of businesses and large international groups, across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver VAT advisory services to clients, providing expert guidance on VAT compliance and strategy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their VAT needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of VAT services, including tax planning, compliance, and advisory services.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in VAT legislation and regulations, ensuring clients are informed and compliant.
  • Provide training and support to junior colleagues, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver VAT services.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of VAT, including VAT compliance, strategy, and planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in VAT advisory services, with a strong understanding of VAT legislation and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide creative solutions to complex VAT issues.
