Job Title: Outbound Sales Executive
About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Executive to join our team at HQ in Bolton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through proactive cold calling and email outreach.
- Bid management: manage and maintain accurate records of all bids received from potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and open communication.
- Degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
