Job Title: Outbound Sales Executive

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Executive to join our team at HQ in Bolton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through proactive cold calling and email outreach.
  • Bid management: manage and maintain accurate records of all bids received from potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and open communication.
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
