Customer Care/Service Manager – Residential – Central London
Our client, a leading private developer in Central London, is a financially stable company specializing in high-end residential developments within the city.
With a strong reputation in the industry and a talented team, they have the support to grow and expand their team further with the backing of their clients and shareholders.
The company currently has several high-profile projects in London and has more in the pipeline.
They are looking to expand their Customer Care Team with the addition of an experienced Customer Care Manager/Senior Coordinator with expertise in high-end new home residential developments in London.
The role will be site-based, managing a small team, and will be the primary point of contact for client care.
You will have a small team reporting to you and will ensure that a high quality of customer service is maintained consistently.
