Key Responsibilities:

As a valued member of the GXO Logistics, Inc. team, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customer premises.
  • Assisting the delivery driver in parking and maneuvering a company vehicle, as well as loading and unloading of vehicles as required.
  • Providing effective communication with customers regarding estimated delivery times and any issues that may arise.
  • Working collaboratively with the delivery team to achieve daily delivery targets.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar logistics or delivery role, with a focus on customer service and multi-drop delivery.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual handling tasks, such as lifting and pushing.
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
