  • We are seeking a Quality Management Specialist to lead our quality initiatives in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality plans and frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage the assurance process, including audits and certifications, to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Provide quality advice and best practice guidance to teams and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of project management systems and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Civil Engineering/Construction background with a strong understanding of quality management principles.
  • Chartered Quality Manager (CQP) qualification, Lead Auditor Qualification (IRCA Accredited), and engineering degree are essential.
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge and document control processes, including ISO 19650, are desirable.
