About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Arrow Electronics, Inc. as a General Ledger Accountant. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the accuracy of our General Ledger, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • General Ledger Management: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of our General Ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions, including variance analysis and forecasting.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including Sarbanes-Oxley, tax laws, and accounting standards.
  • Team Support: Provide support to other accountants and finance team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial accounting and reporting.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel skills, data manipulation, and financial analysis.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Language: Fluent English language skills.
