Senior Customer Service Officer B2B Sales Order Coordinator
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Insite Finance as a Senior Customer Service Officer B2B Sales Order Coordinator. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to coordinate all new orders and manage the process from order processing to stock and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming orders from corporate B2B customers
- Confirm prices, stock availability, and deliveries
- Raise quotations when requested
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers and the external sales team through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team KPIs and targets
- Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Liaise with the 3PL warehouses ensuring all correct information is sent in order for orders to be fulfilled correctly and on time
Requirements and Skills:
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Used to working in a busy office environment (2 to 3 years experience)
- Highly computer literate and able to adapt to new systems quickly
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A strong team player
- Flexible and keen to learn
What We Offer:
- Base salary £28,000 per annum
- Company pension
- Great bonus of up to 20% per year
- 25 days holiday per year + statutory holidays
- Car parking provided
- Office based Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
