We are seeking experienced technicians for a challenging position that involves maintenance and inspection of land alongside the track network. This includes vegetation management, drainage, and ancillary structures. The successful candidate will work outdoors in all weather conditions, often under demanding manual labor tasks with the need to transport equipment across rugged terrain.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in inspection, faulting, maintenance, and renewal techniques relevant to the discipline they're applying for. An NVQ Level 1 or 2 qualification linked to the discipline is preferred, but equivalent levels of relevant experience will also be considered.

This is a physically demanding job that requires working next to moving trains traveling at high speeds. Therefore, being focused on safety, respectful of rules, and a team player are essential qualities for this position.

We offer competitive salaries based on experience and qualifications, which include £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on the individual's background and performance.   • The shifts for this role involve a changing schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working in various weather conditions and possess a valid driving license (category B) to operate Network Rail vehicles.
