Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Echo House Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects across various brands and clients, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Echo House Ltd's policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the creative and technical design industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp.
