Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading desk-based research and data management initiatives
  • Managing environmental teams and producing high-quality reports
  • Providing clients with expert technical and consenting advice on various planning permissions and consents
  • Participating in project lifecycles from strategy development to detailed design and assessment

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A deep understanding of the UK planning system, particularly in Scotland
  • Exceptional reporting and communication skills to collaborate effectively within our team
  • An RTPI-accredited undergraduate or master's degree in Town Planning

With an estimated salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, based on your experience, this role offers a competitive package for a skilled consultant / senior planner.
