Accurate Debt Collection and Cash Flow Management

The position of Credit Control Manager involves overseeing the collection of debts and ensuring effective cash flow management. This entails identifying potential issues, communicating with clients, and implementing strategies to resolve disputes.

Using data analytics tools, such as Excel, the Credit Control Manager will monitor KPIs, including days sales outstanding (DSO), to identify areas for improvement and optimize the debt recovery process.

Co-Managing the Credit Team

The successful candidate will work closely with the Credit Controller to allocate tasks, set priorities, and ensure seamless communication within the team.

This collaborative approach enables efficient task management, enhances productivity, and promotes a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely debt collection.
  2. Chase overdue debtor balances and issue fees/receipts to clients at month-end.
  3. Maintain and monitor the Credit Control inbox daily.
  4. Co-manage the Credit Controller and allocate tasks to team members.
  5. Produce reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
