About the Role:

Sensecare Limited is a dynamic and growing healthcare company seeking a skilled Senior Health Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure patients are comfortable and receive excellent care
  • Assist patients with daily activities, such as washing and dressing
  • Keep departments tidy and ensure equipment is clean
  • Serve meals and help patients eat
  • Prepare and maintain environments and equipment for patient care
  • Ensure GP rooms and clinical treatment rooms are clean and well-stocked
  • Undertake dressing procedures and remove sutures and clips
  • Provide accurate and appropriate information to patients and support clinicians in providing minor surgery
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse rate, and temperature

Person Specification:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with tact and persuasive skills
  • Ability to organize own time and workload and cope with occasional last-minute changes
  • Demonstrates motivation, reliability, and commitment to team working and the development of others
