Job Description

Job Title: Housing Site Manager

Location: Bolton

Classification: Temporary (Ongoing)

Qualifications: CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid

We are Footprint, a regional housebuilder seeking a skilled and experienced housing Site Manager to join our team on a long-term freelance basis. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate construction activities to meet project deadlines
  • Supervise and train site staff to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure projects are delivered within budget
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet design and quality standards
