Job Overview

We are Footprint, a leading regional housebuilder seeking a seasoned Housing Site Manager to join our team on a long-term freelance basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate construction activities, including site preparation, material procurement, and labor allocation.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid certifications.
  • Proven experience in housing site management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
