Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing a site team, ensuring works are carried out to programme and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a site team, including Tradesman, Subcontractors, and Tenant Liaison Officer
  • Monitor health and safety on site
  • Attend progress meetings and client meetings
  • Liaise with tenants and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements: SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are essential. Experience of managing similar contracts, including re-roofing and roofline works, is also required.
