We are looking for a strategic and experienced product leader to drive the vision and development of our global consumer FX product. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape a consumer-centric experience both online and offline, ensuring our FX capabilities are deeply embedded across our platform and ready to grow alongside our expansion into property and broader financial services.

Job Description:">
  • Develop and lead the end-to-end development of the Consumer FX product, identifying market opportunities and driving the strategy for new features and innovations.
  • Collaborate with multiple engineering and cross-functional teams to create scalable, compliant, and feature-rich consumer FX products with a strong focus on user experience.
  • Expand to new markets globally via direct licensing and bank partnerships to grow our business at scale.
  • Build core product features that support high-value, cross-border transactions, with the goal of creating a robust consumer wallet for property payments and other financial needs.
What You'll Need:">
  • Proven experience in developing high-quality application layer products with a strong user interface and front-end design emphasis.
  • Experience with B2C fintech products is mandatory, with a comprehensive understanding of banking and payment networks, including key players, payment rails, and models.
  • Ability to set a product vision aligned with global growth and new market opportunities, especially in a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services, and experience collaborating closely with engineering, compliance, product, and revenue teams.
  • Data-driven, passionate about metrics, and committed to continuous product improvement through objective analysis.
About Our Offer:">

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.
