Job Summary

The Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's ISO system.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive business efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits of the IMS to ensure that our client's systems are compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the Health and Safety programme, including auditing and maintenance.
  • Support the development of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
  • Provide regular reports to the Management Team on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of Health and Safety into all aspects of the business.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.
  • A sound understanding of ISO:9001 and ISO:14001 standards.
  • Experience in writing and using procedures to drive business efficiency.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Basic knowledge of Health and Safety principles.
  • Proficiency in using Excel to analyze data and create reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
