Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Administrator to join our team at The Recruitment Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating our client's ISO system and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO:9001 and ISO:14001 standards.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain procedures for managing health and safety risks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of health and safety policies.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures.
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's health and safety strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in health and safety administration.
  • Sound knowledge of ISO:9001 and ISO:14001 standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
